Walking into Hellenika Cultured Creamery is like stepping into an immersive adventure. Greek Australian Siblings - Alex, Peter, and Connie Apostolopoulos (Founders & Operators) - believe their design enhances the customer experience. 

During our interview, Peter said, "We're entering the front section of the gelato store, where people come in and buy gelato; they also see it churned fresh right in the counter. All of our gelato is made and churned right in front of you. You can see it happening!"
