From cooking spicy West African (Gambian) cuisine with her Mom to creating signature scents for Hyatt Hotels, Fatoumatta "Fatima" Daffeh (owner & operator of Manifest by Fatima) initially emerged as a guest vendor on the cobblestone. 

She recalled, "I learned how to make candles for my family and friends. And there was this day I was thinking about where my life was going because it was during COVID, and I was so broke."

Her natural, small-batch soy candles are more than a fragrance; they're a story weaved from memories, connections, and perseverance.
