Pulled Chicken Salad

This pulled chicken salad is a classic "grown-up" lunch... relaxed yet always distinctive. Seasoned chicken shreds mingle with lush mayonnaise and sharp Dijon, punctuated by crisp celery, tangy relish, and a touch of dill.


Ingredients:

2 cooked chicken quarters, skinned & shredded

2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

2 celery stalks, diced

2 green onions (or chives/red onion), minced

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp sweet relish

2 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp fresh dill (optional)

1 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste


Quick Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and fold gently to blend.

2. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Chill 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to bloom.

4. Serve on buttery brioche, toasted sourdough, or with crisp crackers.

5. Garnish with delicate sprigs of dill for a finishing touch.
